Once your order is placed we will do our best to process your order that involves picking, packing & dispatching your order within 3-5 days of order placement. Please note order order processing times have been fluctuating due to staff shortages caused by COVID-19 so we greatly appreciate your patience & support during this time.
US Domestic Deliveries:

Your order is expected to arrive within 7-8 working days once it has shipped. Shipping times may fluctuate from 2-3 weeks due to small production runs.

How To Return An Item
If within 14 days of receiving your package you decide to Return or Exchange, please follow the below steps:
Submit a return request:
- Enter your Order # and email address here in order to start your return process via our Returns Center.
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return. Once completed, your request for return will be submitted.
- You will receive an email with shipping return guidelines and a printable return label.
- Once your request for return is approved, please send back your items with the completed returns form from your original order and the RA number written clearly on the outside of the package along with your return label.
We will try our best to process your return as soon as it is received however, refunds and store credits can take up to 5 - 15 business days to process once we’ve received your package. To make things easier for us, please ensure you have generated an RA number for your return before you send the package back. Refunds will be credited to the same card or payment type used to make the original online purchase. When it is complete, we will send you an email to let you know that it is on the way!
International Returns: We do not cover cost shipping for returns/exchanges.
Things To Remember
When returning items to Find Me Now, please ensure that:
- Items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free of damage and with all original tags attached and in original packing and packaging.
- Once you’ve created an RA number, you will need to ensure we receive the item within 10 business days (domestic customers) or 10 business days (international customers) from the date you are in receipt of your Return Label (domestic ) via email. We will be unable to accept returns that are received after this time frame and will be automatically shipped back to the customer.
- All sale section items are eligible for store credit or exchange only. All shipping costs related to returned SALE merchandise should be covered by the customer.
- Expedited outgoing shipping is not refunded if your request for refund is accepted.
- All items purchased during a flash sale that are discounted at 50% and above from full price are FINAL SALE and are ineligible for return, store credit nor exchange.
Faulty Items
Have you received a faulty item? Email us at hello@findmenowthelabel.com with your order number and a brief description of the fault. Images of the fault are always helpful too!
From there our customer service team will be in touch with you regarding the return and next steps. Once we’ve given the okay, we will of course refund you for the cost of the item as well as the shipping costs originally and returns shipping cost.
